The process of servicing the rear door window motor starts with taking out the rear door trim panel and the access hole plugs. Hammer the motorless door window unit to a reachable position next to the access holes. Then loosen the glass clamp bolts using a preventative measure to tighten them to 6 Nm (53 lb-in) following reinstallation. The window should be taped into position before lowering the window regulator to stop at the tracks' lower points. The door speaker must be uninstalled followed by removal of the interior door handle screw which requires setting the door handle aside. To start the window installation process workers must first disconnect the wiring harness retainers before taking off the wiring harness cover plate and disconnecting the two door latch cable retainers. When reinstalling the bolts remove the ten bolts from the door module and fasten them to a torque of 11 Nm (8 lb-ft). Remove the rear door module assembly by disconnecting its electrical connector followed by the transferring of essential components if replacing it with a new module. The reverse sequence should be performed to finish installing the system.

Starting the service of the rear door window motor begins by removing the rear door trim panel plus the access hole plugs. When the door window regulator motor fails to operate then it should be removed. Lower the window until bolts of the glass clamp become reachable through access hole plugs then loosen the bolts before tightening them back to 6 Nm (53 lb-in) after installation. Secure the window in position by using tape while allowing the window regulator to stop at the lowest point of the regulator tracks. Begin by uninstalling the door speaker and interior door handle screw which you should place to the side. The installer should remove the wiring harness retainers along with the wiring harness cover plate then disisconnect the two door latch cable retainers. During reinstallation the ten door module bolts need to be tightened to 11 Nm (8 lb-ft). To remove or install this assembly disconnect its electrical door latch connector while removing or keeping parts according to the new module assembly requirements. If installing a new door module. The process ends with returning to the initial order to finish the installation.

Begin by removing the door trim panel and disconnecting the window motor electrical connector.

Disconnect the door latch cable retainers.

Complete the initialization before replacing the switch.

It must first be de-initialized and then initialized.
