Begin service of the front ABS sensor by first switching off any air suspension switch that exists. Putting the vehicle into NEUTRAL position before placing it on the hoist will allow for the service work to proceed. The wiring connector for the ABS sensor needs disconnection before you remove the bolt along with its retainers. Keep the caliper free from hanging against the brake hose because it creates damage potential though fitment of bolts leads to removal and storage of the caliper pad assembly. The brake disc should be separated from the front ABS sensor after which you can remove the bolt securing the sensor. The installation process simply requires performing an opposite procedure to what was done during the removal.

Service of the front ABS sensor starts with turning off air suspension toggle when present and hoisting the vehicle at NEUTRAL position. Begin by removing the electrical connector of the ABS sensor before removing the harness retainer bolt while detaching the retainers which should be tightened to 12 Nm (9 ft. lbs.) during reinstallation. The brake hose requires protection by mounting the caliper through mechanic's wire to avoid damage since you should remove the two caliper anchor bolts followed by precise placement of caliper components including pads and anchor plate. The best torque value for caliper anchor bolts when reinstalling is 200 Nm (148 ft. lbs.). You should remove the brake disc before removing the front ABS sensor bolt and sensor from the vehicle, whereas you must fasten the sensor bolt to a torque of 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.) upon completion. Finish the installation by running the opposite sequence of removal steps.

Ensure the air suspension switch is turned to the OFF position if equipped.

Remove the rear wheel speed sensor bolt and the sensor.

Reverse the removal procedure.

Remove the bolt securing the rear wheel speed sensor and take out the sensor.

Disconnect the wheel speed sensor wire from the retaining clips.
