Wiper Motor Installation and Repair Tips for 2007 Ford Mustang

  • Q: How to service the wiper motor safely and effectively on 2007 Ford Mustang?
A: These wiper motors have delicate, internal magnets and must be handled with care in order to service it. Take the wiper arm and pivot shaft out and disconnect the linkage and grease the old bolt using Threadlock then reattach it at 17 Nm. Just take the three bolts out of the motor, put them back in at 15 Nm and repeat.
