Dipstick Tube Installation and Repair Tips for 2008 Ford E-250

  • Q: How to Service and Repair the Engine Oil Dipstick Tube on 2008 Ford E-250?
A: In order to check the engine oil dip stick and tube, the air cleaner and outlet pipe should be removed followed by the LH exhaust manifold. Take out the oil level indicator and tube and dispose of the O-ring seal. Apply lubricant to a new O-ring seal, fit the indicator, and fix the bolt. Install the exhaust manifold and air cleaner again.
