How to Service and Repair Blower Control Switches on 2000 Ford E-150 Econoline?

The blower motor switch can be serviced by disconnecting the battery ground cable, taking off the center trim panel and unscrewing the control assembly. Unscrew different switches and connectors and take away the heater blower motor switch and resistor. Install all the components in the reverse order.
