How to Service and Repair the Brake Backing Plate on 2000 Ford E-250 Econoline?

In order to service the backing plate, remove the rear brake shoes, axle shafts and parking brake cable. Disconnect the brake line and take off wheel cylinder bolts. Loose the support plate by removing the nuts and bolts. To install, reverse the process and bleed off brake system.
