Start by taking out the two bolts after which you should detach the four scrivets before removing the grille. Remove the two pin-type retainers that are mounted on the rear section of the grille opening reinforcement. Begin by supporting the vehicle under elevation and remove the lower radiator air deflector through five screw removal. Also detach the air deflector if present and continue with seven more screws. The first step is to dispose of the plastic wire tie together with the condenser core refrigerant lines which require removal of their O-ring seals. When installing these components you must use fresh O-ring seals that contain PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil (R-134a Systems) F7AZ-19589-DA or an equivalent product which fulfills WSH-M1C231-B Ford specifications.
