The remaining camshaft journal cap bolts must be removed followed by the action of loosening and removing the rest of the camshaft journal caps until you successfully extract the camshafts. Position the camshafts inside the cylinder head after applying Super Premium SAE 5W-20 Motor Oil XO-5W20-QSP or an equivalent type that follows Ford specification WSS-M2C153-H.
