The service of the blower motor resistor begins with harness connector detachment followed by connector removal while unbolting the resistor before completing the extraction. Start by removing the blower motor lower duct cover through unscrewing five screws before moving on to the duct cover detachment. Three bolts along with the duct cover need to be removed in order to access and remove the blower motor upper duct. Unscrew two bolts to remove the blower motor after disconnecting its connector and properly extracting the blower motor. One should reverse the removal steps when installing this component.
