Before uninstalling the throttle body assembly you need to detach the throttle position sensor electrical connector after which you should dispose of the throttle body gasket. Do not clean the throttle body during installation because its special coating needs to stay intact while you should replace the throttle body gasket and follow the reverse order of the removal process to finish the installation.
