The first step to service the auxiliary climate control blower motor resistor begins by folding down the rear seat. Service of the blower motor resistor for auxiliary climate control begins by opening the storage compartment door to extract the access panel from the LH rear quarter trim panel and the storage tray from the LH rear quarter panel. First disconnect the electrical connector of the door lock switch (if present) and then disconnect the blower motor resistor electrical connector. The blower motor resistor must be removed by first unscrewing the fasteners. Perform a reverse course of action for installing the component after removal completion.
