Separate the nut from the bolt before proceeding to the radiator grille then the three pin type retainer. The forward installation of the radiator air deflector allows you to extract the suction accumulator through nut removal. The installation steps should proceed in the opposite order of removal steps. The installation of new suction accumulators requires a correct amount of PAG oil or equivalent clean lubricant followed by new O-ring installation in which the O-rings have been lubricated by PAG oil or equivalent. Evacuate and perform a leak test on the refrigeration system before concluding the process by charging it.
