How to service and repair the temperature blend door actuator on the left-hand side on 2002 Ford Explorer?

Start your repair work on the temperature blend door actuator of the left side by taking apart the floor console and lowering steering column panel screws and retaining clips. Take out the lower support brace from the left-hand instrument panel by undoing its bolts and nuts. Loosen the screws that secure the floor duct on the left side and disconnect the temperature blend door actuator from the heating and evaporating units by removing the screws plus one more. Pull out the temperature blend door actuator without power by taking off its electrical connection. After reversing steps, install the component back into place.
