How to Service and Repair the A/C Hose from Condenser to Evaporator in the HVAC System on 2002 Ford Ranger?

Recovery of refrigerant must start any procedure when servicing or repairing the condenser to evaporator line within the HVAC system. The service technician should disconnect the spring lock coupling that joins the condenser to evaporator line from the evaporator core before discarding its O-ring seals. After the line separation from the condenser core proceed to take out the outline while throwing away the O-ring seal. Follow the reverse process of removal while applying the correct amount of clean PAG oil or equivalent for lubrication of the refrigerant system. The installation process requires new O-ring seals that received lubrication treatment from clean PAG oil or an equivalent product.
