How to Service and Repair the Blend Door Actuator on 2002 Lincoln Blackwood?

Start the service process of air door actuators/motors by taking the plenum chamber apart. Begin service of the air door actuator/motor by detaching the vacuum line from the air inlet door vacuum control motor before removing the screws that secure the vacuum control motor. The rod releases from the air inlet door lever after rotating the vacuum control motor for removal of the vacuum control motor. The installation process should be completed by following the opposite steps of removal.
