How to service and repair the blower motor on 2002 Lincoln Continental?

In order to service the blower motor, take off instrument panel insulator, passenger scuff plate and upper finish panel, and unracial the A/C sunload sensor. Unscrew the right hand and center instrument panel, loosening the wire harness and removing the blower motor. Installation Reverse the process.
