Proceed by unclipping the vacuum hose before disconnecting all housing parts until you can access the evaporator. System operation should be checked after following the installation steps which include the reverse order of removal procedures. New O-rings coated with refrigerant oil must be added and the gaskets on the new evaporator must be placed exactly as they were on the old evaporator.
