How to service the sun visor on 2003 Ford Excursion?

In order to service the sun visor, screws are removed and the old gasket is discarded. Take off the visor and the electric connector. When it is necessary to remove a rear rivet nut, the headliner is to be removed. Install new rivet nut, clean surfaces, wrap connector, and reverse the steps of removal, using a new gasket.
