    A: After supporting the vehicle you must start by removing the wheels and tires before taking out the brake disc from the rear of the Ford 7.5 Inch Ring Gear axle shaft. The lubricant draining process commences when you remove the differential housing cover followed by differential pinion shaft lock bolt extraction until you remove the differential pinion shaft. Use careful handling of the rubber O-ring inside the axle shaft groove when taking out the U-washers. Moving the axle shafts toward the center will help with this process. Sever the rear brake anti-lock sensor before removing the axle shaft in a damage-conscious manner. Install the wheel bearing oil seal by applying Premium Long-Life Grease XG-1-C or an equivalent that meets Ford specification ESA-M1C75-B but avoid damaging the lip of the seal. Insert the two axle shafts through the axle shaft groove after positioning both U-washers on their button ends against the outward shaft motion. You can use Threadlock and Sealer EOAZ-19554-AA or an equivalent product with WSK-M2G351-A5 Ford specification to protect the new pinion shaft lock bolt threads when the differential pinion shaft needs installation. Position the shaft hole next to the case lock bolt hole then put in a new lock bolt.
