How to Service the Throttle Cable and Bracket for the 4.0L SOHC on 2003 Mercury Mountaineer?

Accelerator cable and Bracket- To service the 4.0L SOHC accelerator cable and bracket, do the following steps in this order detach cable on the rubber plunger, push away, detach it on throttle body, squeeze tabs to detach on bracket and pull the boot. Installation is reversed.
