The vehicle needs to be in NEUTRAL gear for placement on a hoist before the user should raise it into position. You must detach the sway bar kit from the rear lower arm before removing it by unscrewing two bolts from each side. Service work on the sway bar kit begins by removing retaining bolts from sway bar kit clamps followed by removing the clamps and the sway bar kit while extracting its bushings. Install the sway bar kit bushings properly on the bar without lubrication by placing the bushing nipple on its left side. The sway bar kit bushings should be installed first on the bar before fitting the clamps onto their respective positions while using water on the clamps to make installation easier.
