How to service and repair the front Door Latch Assembly on 2005 Ford Thunderbird?

To service front door latch, raise the window, remove the trim panel and lay aside the watershield. Take the lock cylinder and handle rods off and take the latch screws out. Unscrew the actuator and door ajar switch and then detach the latch. Installation Re-Installation Re-lubricate the latch.
