In order to fix the HVAC condenser core, dismantle the cooling module and all its bolts, tightening them to 12 Nm when installed back in. Take away the auxiliary transmission oil cooler, upper bolts and the condenser core. Install in reverse sequence, with new lubricated O-ring seals and the authorized PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil. One only requires a new receiver/drier in case contamination is observed.
