How to Service and Repair Blower Control Switches on 2005 Lincoln Aviator?

In order to service the blower motor switch, the screw of the variable assist power steering module has to be taken off and the module positioned on the side. Next remove the blower motor speed control screw and the control itself, breaking its electrical connector. Lastly, undo the uninstallation process and install it again.
