The pin-type retainer on the wire harness needs to be detached which can be found above the blower motor. The blower motor vent tube should be removed followed by the dismantling of four screws keeping the blower motor in place. The blower motor must be extracted from its position with caution. A cleaning operation beforehand on the blower motor shaft will protect the wheel mounting shaft from potential damage so you should perform the cleaning on any wheel that gets reused. Proceed by taking away the blower motor wheel clip and afterwards removing the blower motor wheel. The insertion process follows the opposite sequence of what was initially done for removal.
