Recover refrigerant. Remove air cleaner, coolant tank bolts; move tank aside, retighten on reinstall. Disconnect A/C pressure transducer; remove condenser inlet/outlet fittings, discard O-rings. Detach discharge clips, remove module bolts, move module rearward. Remove upper deflector, condenser core, air deflectors. Reverse to install: new O-rings, PAG oil, evacuate, leak-test, charge.
