How to Service and Repair the A/C Condenser Core on Ford Explorer?

When servicing HVAC condenser core, remove air cleaner, upper radiator sight shield and suction accumulator in that order. When trimming off the core, place the radiator in the back. Installation should be reversed in the same way, with fresh PAG oil and new O-ring seals. Test, vacate and charge refrigerant system. Use only suction accumulator in case of contamination.
