How to service the temperature blend door actuator on 2006 Ford F-150?

In order to service the temperature blend door actuator, take off the audio unit. activate the glove-compartment tab to bring the compartment down. Unscrew the three screws, unattach the actuator and loosen the electrical connector of the actuator. Reverse these steps then reinstall the actuator assembly after removing it.
