    A: The servicing process of the lower intake manifold begins with draining the engine cooling system. Service technicians must begin by removing the fuel tube spring lock coupling followed by taking off the push rods before unplugging both the FRP sensor and the six fuel injector wiring connectors. The draining process starts with disconnecting the upper radiator before proceeding to unscrew the degas bottle and heater hoses. After installing the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor and camshaft position (CMP) sensor electrical connectors. illy unscrew the eight bolts on the lower intake manifold before removing its end seals and gaskets. All sealing surfaces require cleaning with metal surface cleaner while paying attention to the rule of replacing the sealant and cleaning the area when the lower intake manifold exceeds four minutes of unsecured installation period. Position the lower intake manifold gaskets and end seals correctly on the four cylinder block-to-cylinder head seams before applying silicone gasket and sealant. Tighten the eight bolts following the 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.) and then 32 Nm (24 ft. lbs.) stages when installing the intake manifold. Follow the sequence to connect the CMP sensor and ECT sensor electrical connectors and the uppers radiator and degas bottle and heater hoses. Reinstall the push rods after reconnecting both six fuel injector electrical connectors and the FRP sensor electrical connector.
