How to Service and Repair the Power Steering Cooler on 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac?

Place the vehicle in neutral on a hoist. Release the cooler hose clamp at reservoir and remove the LH splash shield and radiator deflector. Detach two hose braces, remove bracket and clamp nuts, rotate to disconnect the return line and discard the O-ring. Fit new O-rings, reverse steps and refill.
