How to service and repair the front brake caliper on 2007 Ford Freestar?

In order to service the front brake caliper, make sure that the vehicle is in neutral on a hoist. Take off the flow bolt and washers and separate caliper. Install new caliper, lubricate pins and tighten bolts to specified torque. Install the hose, bleed the caliper and apply DOT 3 brake fluid. Clean spills immediately.
