How to service and repair the front Wheelhouse liner on 2007 Ford Freestar?

The front fender liner should be repaired by taking the tire and wheel out first. Next remove the 8 splash shield screws and the rocker molding splash shield. Then take out the 6 pin-type retainers, and splash shield over the fender. Reversing these steps is all that is required in order to install new parts.
