Secure both wiper pivot arms on the windshield wiper motor using a bolt which should be tightened to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). The three bolts between windshield wiper and cowl panel should be installed while tightening them to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). After reinstalling the cowl panel in the vehicle connect the electrical connector of the windshield wiper motor. Attach the washer hose along with grommet inside the cowl panel before securing its nine cowl panel bolts which must be tightened to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
