During fuel rail maintenance, smoking or open fire should be avoided around the fuel parts because of inflammable mixtures. Decant pressure in the fuel system and then disconnect any parts. Take out the upper intake manifold, remove fuel tube coupling and take out the fuel rail and injectors. Install fresh fuel resistant O-ring seals and lubricate them. Reset the machine and connect everything once again.
