You need to apply new gaskets for the intake manifold and thermostat housing before installing the lower intake manifold while screwing in ten bolts according to their specified order tightly to 10 Nm. Afterwards the two thermostat housing-to-lower intake manifold bolts should be installed and tightened to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.). Reinstall the fuel rail while performing a cooling system fill-up and bleaching protocol.
