How to remove and replace the Engine Control Module (ECM) on 2008 Ford Crown Victoria?

To change the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) make sure that all customer keys are present. Recall the module setup, detach the three connectors and take out the PCM. Install the new PCM with a bolt, reconnect the connectors, recreate the setup and reprogram the passive anti-theft system with two programmed keys.
