All power steering fluid reservoir bracket installation requires removal of pushpin retainers and upper air deflector before securing the two cowl bolts at 14 Nm (10 lb-ft). You should detach the reservoir bracket from the radiator support by removing its two bolts then tighten these bolts to 9 Nm (80 lb-inch) during reinstall. Start by setting aside the power steering fluid reservoir together with its bracket before unfastening coolant hoses connected to the air cleaner outlet tube. Use pliers to open the two clamps which secure the air cleaner outlet tube before uninstalling that tube. Unit 45 of the procedure details pressure line and hydraulic booster jumper line fitting disconnection followed by fitting thread cleaning then securing them with 20 Nm (15 lb-ft) torque during final installation.
