The first step to replacing the rear bumper cover requires uninstalling the screws of the four left-hand and right-hand rear fender splash shields. Start by removing the four left-hand along with four right-hand inner bumper cover nuts. The electrical connector for the reverse parking aid must be removed when equipped. First remove the two pin-type retainers at the bottom of the rear bumper cover and afterward remove the cover itself by taking out the retainers and three bolts. Deploy the reverse procedure mentioned earlier to finish new bumper cover installation.
