The next step consists of removing the four sway bar bracket nuts together with the two sway bar brackets and sway bar while disposing of all nuts. During reinstallment, install the bracket nuts to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft) using torque settings. The sway bar bushings require inspection for replacement when needed while installing the back sway bar with downward facing center hump positioned outboard of upset rings. Close the installation by putting on the sway bar link stone shields at the sway bar attachment point then undo the installation steps in reverse order.
