For crossmember 1B service you need to set the vehicle in neutral and place it on a hoist. Uninstall the system by first removing the four crossmember bolts and four crossmember nuts. You can remove crossmember 1B once its individual parts have been separated. Reinstall the crossmember 1B by putting its parts back together then bolt each part tightly to 103 Nm (76 lb-ft).
