How to service the intake manifold on 2008 Ford Fusion?

In order to maintain the intake manifold, place the vehicle on a hoist, unhook the battery ground cable, and eliminate the air cleaner outlet pipe. Unscrew different electric connections and hoses, snap off the bolts of the intake manifold and strip off the intake manifold. Reverse the process making sure to replace gaskets.
