How to service the knock sensor (KS) on 2008 Ford Mustang?

When using the knock sensor (KS), it is necessary to start with the removal of the intake manifold. Then remove the bolt of the KS and disconnect the KS electrical connector. During installation of the new KS, screw on 20 Nm (15 lb-ft) and reverse the steps of removal to complete the installation.
