How to Service and Repair the Mirror Actuator on 2008 Ford Taurus X?

In order to fix power mirror motor, grab the outer mirror glass and the three screws that hold the motor. Unplug the electricity connection, and unscrew the motor. Re-fit the new motor in reverse order. This is also the same case with Sable, Taurus, and Taurus X.
