How to service the rear door Power Window Motor on 2008 Lincoln MKZ?

Removal of door trim panel and access plugs is necessary to service rear door window motor. In case the motor is inoperative, to reach the glass clamp bolts, move the window down and then tape the window in place. Take out the door and speaker, the handle and the wiring harness, and disassemble the door module. To reinstall follow the steps in the reverse order.
