To replace MKZ front door window motor, one has to remove the door trim panel and unscrew the electrical connector of the motor. Tape the glass and loosen the screws of the motor and get the motor out. Before re- installing, initialize a new motor or de-initialize and re- initialize the original. Perform the reversal of steps of removal.
