How to Address Issues with the Steering Wheel on 2008 Lincoln Navigator?

To service the steering wheel, take off the driver airbag module and turn the steering wheel to the straight position. loosen the steering wheel bolt and get a new one and screw it in, tightening to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft). Turn off the switches, take off the wheel and do the same when fitting it back.
