How to remove and replace the front bumper cover on 2008 Mercury Milan?

In order to install a new cover on the front of the bumper in Ford Fusion, Mercury Milan and MKZ, you must use neutral to hoist the vehicle. Loose 6 pin-type retainers, 8 fender splash shield screws and 4 air deflector bolts. Disassemble bumper cover by removing the covers of the fog lamps (where they exist), and re-assemble by following the reverse procedure.
