The service process of the power steering reservoir begins with using a suitable suction device to drain the fluid from the reservoir. Release the clamp system then remove the power steering pump supply tube as well as the return tube. Start by using a suitable suction device to empty the power steering fluid in the reservoir before removing the bolt controlling the power steering reservoir. The bolt must be fastened to 12 Nm (106 lb-in) during installation followed by normal removal steps in reverse order. Fill the power steering system with the correct fluid as the last step.
