How to service the auxiliary evaporator core on 2009 Ford E-250?

A vacuum leak inspection should come first to detect air leaks prior to removing the auxiliary evaporator core. First disconnect the A/C and heater assembly unit. The removal process starts with disconnecting the evaporator core spring locks as well as discarding the O-ring seals. The heater hoses should be moved aside before removing the evaporator case cover through its four screw release points. You must firstly disassemble the core seal and following that remove the evaporator core from its system. Finish the installation by taking away the evaporator core seal. The installation ends by doing the reverse steps of removal.
