Before attending to the coolant expansion tank, allow the engine to cool to keep away air. Unplug the coolant overflow hose and disconnect the MAF sensor wiring, when necessary. Take off the tank by taking off the bolts, and then put it back, tightening it to 7 Nm. Add a 50/50 mixture of coolant and water to the tank.
